The rating scale

Five grades, from exemplary to do-not-host. Simple enough to read in a glance at the front desk.

Exemplary

Spotless stays, on-time payments, zero incidents. The guest every property wants back.

Members often reward A+ guests with perks, upgrades and loyalty rates.

Excellent

Consistently great stays with a clean history across the network.

B

Good standing

Reliable with minor notes on file. Standard rates and policies apply.

C

Caution

Repeated issues on record such as damage, noise or chargebacks. Members may require deposits.

D

Do not host

Serious or repeated incidents. Many members decline the booking outright.
